Pointless service provider. Our heating is broken for 2 days now, first possibility to come and fix it is 3 days from now. Waste of money!

This branch of Breman has resolved a boiler malfunction in Eindhoven. Initially there was no hot water, but there was heating. Then after repairing and replacing the valve system, there is no heating, but there is hot water and a "no connection to the boiler" message on the thermostat. After contacting the telephone exchange, they indicate that the tone thermostat is not their package. "The technician has not worked on that part of the boiler" and so they withdraw their hands. The fact remains that there was no problem with the thermostat/connection to the boiler before the work, and there was afterward. When asked whether it was checked whether the system worked after the repair, they said "we assume so." I think the technician pulled a wire loose, it would be too much of a coincidence if the thermostat broke down in the hours after the repair. If the problem was with the thermostat, an unnecessary repair was made, in both cases very poorly organized. And especially literally leaving people out in the cold even though they have been servicing this company for tens of years. Judging by the range of negative experiences and the nonchalant handling, it is happening all the time here. Never become a customer or leave, we certainly do this. Another party can solve the problem, we will try to recover the invoice through legal assistance.

Rating should be -1 star! What a worthless service, the boiler is broken, it was supposed to be repaired urgently, the first appointment unfortunately went wrong, after that no normal communication was possible, we were out of luck and only had to get by without heating and hot water for a total of 11 days! Without knowing what our situation is, how we work, etc. If I communicated like this at work, I would be fired immediately. Think along, look for solutions, show understanding and empathy, all concepts that do not appear in Breman's dictionary. Get away from this company quickly!!

Absurd a few years ago the boiler was replaced by Breman, but during maintenance it turned out that it had not met the standard for more than a year. The mechanic could not solve this immediately and they had to come back. Making a normal appointment was not possible, they come somewhere between 8 and 14 o'clock 🙄
