On July 18th Pauwe was hired as a subcontractor to take care of our PV installation. 18 panels with 400Wp each on the roof of our shed, purchased through an undisclosed party, which we are less enthusiastic about. During the installation we discovered that the 50m long power cable from the shed to the meter cupboard had not been supplied by the main contractor, so the job could not be completed (it was quite a long one and Pauwe did not have that on the bus as standard). There followed a weeks-long tug-of-war with the main contractor (to be clear: that was not Pauwe!) and I eventually pulled the cable myself. The main contractor did not want to complete the job until the end of September (more than two months after the original installation date!) and even dared to call it a rush order! I then called Pauwe and they scheduled a technician within two days to complete the job, during the construction holiday of all days! I cannot express how happy I am with Pauwe. If it had been up to the main contractor, I would have missed almost the entire summer of generation. This is customer friendliness, this is service, unfortunately you rarely encounter this anymore. The installation was neatly finished, taking our wishes into account. If I ever have installation work again, I now know where I should go and where I should avoid going. Once again, it was a great thought for the flexible setup!

Driver with license plate 652 may take a driving course. Again, how unsmart is it to misbehave like an antisocial person in traffic while driving a bus with the company name on it in large letters. Paauwe has placed solar panels from zonneplan at our place this morning. Correct and very fast placement of our panels according to plan, friendly staff they work neatly and leave everything clean.

Han and Mark installed our solar panel installation from Zonneplan today. What a team those two are. Just be careful with these people Paauwe. Top craftsmanship delivered! Clean, precise and safe (from the jetty). You don't see a cable outside, expertly concealed in the cavity wall. We spoiled them with cappuccino and cake during their break. Hospitality which we find very normal.
