We no longer had power in part of the house, after a phone call in the morning the technician was on our doorstep within half an hour. He quickly found and resolved the problem. Super fast and good service and the bill was not too bad. Highly recommended!

Excellent professionals, installation of a new meter cupboard carried out perfectly. Also had a problem with the power supply in the shed at 1:00 PM in the afternoon. I called about this and 2 hours later the technician was already there and the problem was solved within half an hour.

Stay far away from this company. Agreements made are not kept. They have absolutely no idea how to properly adjust a heat pump. They do not respond to complaints. In fact. After setting up (after months of problems, Nefit was there.) The next day there was another problem and the company simply no longer answers the phone. The call was only answered after turning off caller ID. The result was an irritated lady on the phone telling us what we were doing wrong (already 9 months ago!) We visited the company and no one wants to explain to us why they no longer want to talk to us. The company now thinks that we are the ones who are deliberately disrupting things. (who thinks of something like that). After inspection by another company, settings appear to be incorrect, causing a conflict in the system. There are still matters that need to be dealt with, but the company wants to see money again. Asking absurd prices for insulating central heating pipes while this should still be done as agreed. In addition, there is actually no knowledge in-house about how a heat pump works. It's just been a big disappointment having to work with this company. They lie and spin everything so that the client is ultimately guilty. Stay away from this company be warned. It gives me sleepless nights. Thanks to the management.

Good professional knowledge, but as described in another review: the hourly rate is not bad and is not in proportion to the work delivered. But what made us decide not to do business with this company anymore is their 'credit restriction' on the invoice: a certain amount is already added to the invoice amount. You can deduct this from the total amount yourself if you pay the invoice within 8 days, it says in small print. Scandalous! You should only pay this if you have agreed to their payment conditions (if the 8 days have been exceeded, at least), otherwise not. This is an example of pure money-making, and on top of how the hourly rate is used, makes me not hire this company anymore. Despite the good professional knowledge.

Warranty to your door. Everything is not adjusted properly, resulting in leakage. Found just outside the warranty period and they can no longer do anything for you. Are too miserable to fix their own mistakes.
