Not the best experience here, Made an appointment for 14-2-23 at 7:30 am, half an hour later still no one to be seen, so let's call at 8 am: Couldn't get hold of anyone, apparently office hours were after 9am so I typed an email, half an hour later a lady from the office came on the phone: "Sorry, something went wrong in communication, a technician will be on your way as soon as possible". 09:50 Finally a technician, after more than an hour he left again and the problem has not been solved. Another company was then recommended who resolved it in 5 minutes the next day. We were treated kindly on the phone, apologized for the inconveniences and the technician was friendly. Conclusion: No more Heegt Installation in the event of a blockage, will undoubtedly be a professional company, but not for a persistent blockage.

All problems solved. Fast, professional. Good explanation. We immediately adjusted the heating for us as an extra service. I was not a customer, but the company immediately understood my problem and scheduled me for it 'in between'. Thank you very much for the service!

The work on the gutter was done well, but we were very surprised that only one employee had to do this job and had to take down and move a scaffolding several times on his own. Hats off to this employee. Both the planning and the communication via telephone and email leave a lot to be desired. This was not customer-oriented and very unprofessional. The 4 stars I give are therefore for the installer

The heating boiler is somewhat defective. He called the installation and was answered politely. After half an hour I received a quote with explanation and the next day they came to install the new boiler. Everything as agreed, delivered quickly and neatly done. Can recommend it to everyone.
