In 2021, we had a heat pump and a solar boiler installed by the company L and B from Workum. The heat pump was a replacement for the existing model. The solar boiler was a new purchase. After the installation of the new model, we had persistent problems with the heat pump due to a leak in the source system. After numerous requests, phone calls and e-mails, L and B employees visited the site twice and checked the system, but could not find a leak, yet we had to top up the water every 2-3 days. These checks were charged despite the warranty (new heat pump). Only a professional company could find and repair the leak just behind the heating. Despite confirmation from the previous owner of the house, L and B denied the installation of the leaking pipes and accepted no liability. Now, 2 months ago, the pump of the solar boiler (2021) no longer worked. We have again tried to persuade L and B to repair the damage, which is also covered by the warranty, without any response. Multiple requests for repair were ignored without response. We eventually had the pump replaced at our own expense. We will not be giving L and B any more orders and certainly do not recommend them. Various activities were carried out to get rid of the gas. Heat pump installed in combination with a solar boiler and 800 liter buffer tank and heat pump boiler. Solar panels also installed. Everything works great.

Warm introduction, chaotic planning, disorderly output, poor aftercare & warranty. The reason for writing this review is due to poor performance, negligence, broken trust and the opinion that L&B in Workum has questionable business operations. This concerns an experience period of 5 to 6 years. The start-up phase with Willem Landman (co-owner of L&B) was pleasant, friendly, cordial and helpful in finding a tailor-made solution. The follow-up phase was characterized as clumsy. Planning was chaotic, contact was made several times to maintain progress. The technicians (employees) are friendly and diligent. After some slowing factors and intervention (help) from a third party, everything was operational. With the first recurring malfunction (during the warranty period & invoiced twice), Johan Bolman (co-owner of L&B) came into the picture, often accompanied by a sour face and aloof in his dealings. The repair was temporary in nature, over time the fault returned, the cause was not clear and Johan Bolman refused to consult the manufacturer. When the last report of the malfunction was reported, the gentleman could no longer put the device into operation and left with the promise to consult the manufacturer and contact me within 2 weeks. There was no contact! After 1 week of emailing and calling, finally contacted. Nothing had been done about the malfunction, reason: 'busyness'. The trust was gone, the matter was checked and resolved through the use of another company (as well as other abuses). The malfunction was caused by the lack of an essential part, which was unnecessary according to L&B. The malfunction arose due to incompetence and malpractice and was never properly resolved due to negligence. In conclusion, questionable management in the initial phase, friendly, cordial and accessible, but the execution is messy and chaotic. During disruptions it was difficult and problematic at times. Ensuring NEN guidelines, regulations and protocols are respected or not at our discretion. L&B no longer comes here.

Sitting and chatting for 4 hours. How beautiful, wonderful and fantastic Willem L&B was/is. After that I never heard anything again. Emailed 6 times, called 3 times, never had contact again. Email not answered, phone not answered. So chat and chatter. In the Workum area, L&B is now known as List en Bedrog and can therefore contribute to this. Reviews with more than 1 star are fake. Leave the left or right side and take another one.

Chose this company because they are technology enthusiasts, passion knowledge and innovation have convinced me. Picking up malfunctions did not always go smoothly but word by deed and the company takes its responsibility to come to a good solution.
