Avoid at all costs - worst company I've ever dealt with! Bennink Klimaattechniek has been a complete disaster from start to finish. They installed a radiator that was different from what was quoted, and from day one, it was extremely noisy and not working properly. It has now been nearly two years, and they still haven't fixed it. On top of that, it took an entire year to get a corrected invoice because they originally charged for things that were never delivered or worked on. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service is unbelievable. If you're looking for reliable heating solutions, stay far away from Bennink Klimaattechniek.

My boiler was officially checked by Bennink climate technology. I received an inspection and approval sticker on the boiler and everything seemed to be in order. After my landlord sent another technician from another company, he was shocked. The boiler no longer meets the safety requirements in several respects, the discharge pipe was also too short and was therefore never connected correctly. The technician's carbon monoxide detector immediately started beeping. It is truly incomprehensible how Bennink could have approved of this situation. This is a warning for your own safety, do not work with this incompetent company!

I'm posting this review because I've consistently received excellent service from Bennink. Their work is professional and fast. Their customer service never disappoints and they're always quick to respond when I need urgent assistance. Special thanks to Youssef, who helped me today and guided me through his steps.
