Installing the air conditioning went well. Now after a few years we call for an appointment for maintenance and are told that they no longer come to our region. They cannot advise another company either. In other words, we are now left with an expensive system that, if we do not manage to find a good maintenance company, will soon break down due to lack of maintenance. And as far as Pola is concerned, that is a shame but not their problem. My advice is never to do business with them because they can just leave you with problems.

Had a maintenance contract with Pola. Last year the technician told us that the drain pipe to the outside was no longer good and that we had small holes in it. This could allow carbon monoxide to escape. Technician asked to make a quote for replacing the pipe. Never heard from Pola again. After a few months I called myself because there is no risk of carbon monoxide emissions. After I called, another technician came and looked at the matter and concluded that this would not be a simple repair, everything was very tight and difficult to replace. An aerial platform also had to be added for the drainage pipe outside on the roof. Asked for a quote again. This time we received a quote for approximately 1,500.00 euros. Besides the aerial platform, that would be added. We then called another company and the drain pipe has now been neatly replaced without the need for an aerial work platform. And the entire repair cost 700.00 euros. Pola has completely lost his way. It's scandalous how they treat customers.

After Pola received a new CV boiler installed, we were in misery for 2 years. Bizarre and highly unhealthy conditions. They were unable to solve it. Registered letters sent on the advice of their trade association were dismissed as 'three-letter letters' by the head of the service department. At a certain point they came up with a solution - we would have to pay € 9,000 extra (for a central heating system in an ordinary house), we would have to rearrange the furniture, etc. I hired another company. It was solved for a fraction of that amount. And their so-called solution hadn't even worked. What a company. If you are careful with your money and your health: avoid Pola...

It's that you can't give 0 stars. But what an anti-social company that gives you a quote and then adds a few hundred euros afterwards. Agreed to install insulated pipes and just try to install normal pipes until you say something, they have to get insulation, they pass on the time and fuel to you. In short people ignore this company bunch of scammers.

As always had a good experience with this company: expert repair by friendly mechanics. The appointment was also made quickly.
