Great service and professional execution ≈================ Dear Joni, I am writing to thank you for your help with our first heat pump installation project and would like to ask you to help me again. Now I have hybrid system (gas boiler + heat pump) and I want to replace my old gas boiler with a new one or make it 100% electric. I don't know which option is more cost-effective and I need support from your specialists to determine that. On March 27, I posted a request on the Saman Group website. Unfortunately, I still have not received a clear answer from your specialists. Could you please support? Historical reference: 17/01/2024 - I signed the Quotation for Heat Pump installation. Agreement number 4467334. During the next two weeks after quotation signing Saman company should have given me the planned installation date. 31/01/2024 - no installation date provided 06/02/2024 - I asked about the status of planned installation date and received the following: “...They have changed the time for planning, is was 2 weeks and is now 4 weeks…” 14/02/2024 - I asked about the status of the planned installation date. No answer. 20/02/2024 - I asked about the status of the planned installation date. The answer is negative again: “...This is very standaard, due to the busy agenda’s of the planning department…” I appreciate Saman representative doing his best to provide requested information. But my request is still unanswered - I need to know the installation date. I hope this feedback will be noticed by Saman management and I will receive the installation date soon. I hope I will confirm 4 stars after Heat Pump installation. Best regards
