Came to lay fiber optic cables on behalf of Odido. After being warned twice that there was a power cable under the gate, they still managed to demolish it. Filled in a damage form but haven't heard anything since April.

The communication surrounding the installation of my connection leaves much to be desired. I have been trying to get the cable to my home for two months, and I have indicated several times that a renovation is underway and that everything is now open. Yet there is no response. I keep being told by telephone that the planning will pick it up, but there seems to be little progress. It gives the impression that only one person is responsible for the planning of a large group of customers, so that nothing is actually planned. To my surprise, after canceling my Odido order, I received an email asking if I would still like to have the connection established. In addition, even a possible appointment is canceled—without an appointment ever having taken place.

New internet from odido, you have to call them back. You get a first class idiot on the line with an accent that is second to none. In addition, she did not want to help. Fortunately, I called back via another menu and was helped by a great lady. (Tip for employers... Give crazy person #1 a training so that you hardworking people can focus on helping customers, instead of solving mistakes that colleagues make)

Requested a fiber optic connection in November, only received the FIRST feedback in January after I called them about 5 times for information. Then you have to wait a long time to schedule appointments, which is also not done properly. Taking photos in front of the fireplace, receiving a text message the day before saying “we will come tomorrow between such and such time”. You have to make sure that you can, otherwise you will have to wait at least 2 to 3 weeks again. Garden drilling to extend the cable to the house also took 2 weeks, and then we had to wait weeks again until the cable was connected to the house. ANOTHER day in advance a text message saying “we'll come tomorrow”. Wasn't possible for us, so now we have to wait weeks again. Then almost 3 months later for something that should have been arranged in a month!!!

I've been trying to get fiber optic into my building for months. The technicians have been by 4 times, every time something is wrong. The technicians themselves indicate that they keep receiving incorrect information from the office. I never get an answer by phone and am always told that I will be called back, but this never happens either. I'm completely done with this party
