These guys are actual thieves, they will try to scam you. Last year one of their employees came to my house for a planned maintenance (we had a contract with them) and after he refused to maintain my CV because in his opinion was too old to maintain, he still sent me an invoice for the installation of a spare piece in my CV. So he did not even touch the CV ketel, but sent an invoice with a fake installation cost!! An actual scammer!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Edit: as to confirm this review is real I post my invoice number (246025, 14/7/2024). The guy came to my house with an arrogant attitude, said he was not gonna fix an old but perfectly functioning CV ketel. Did absolutely nothing, left without touching the CV ketel but did invent that did replace a part and charged me an amount (which is small, but nevertheless a theft, 17€). Now if you really care of your clients as you say you can transfer me back that amount. Thanks

Bakker Climate installed all the installations in our new house. Heat pump, boiler, vvw, sewerage, rainwater, water pipes. Super nice company to work with. Easily accessible, keep agreements, think along with solutions and design. And (not unimportant) professional execution. I had some doubts in advance because of the mediocre reviews here. Fortunately, that turned out not to be true. That is partly why I posted this review. I can highly recommend them.

Bakker Klimaat recently installed an air conditioning unit that can heat and cool. From the quotation to the installation, everything was neatly arranged and well communicated. Before the quotation was issued, a Bakker Klimaat employee came by who assessed the situation and included our wishes in the final quotation. The installation was then carried out by a very professional installer who clearly explained all functions after installation. Very happy with the entire process and the end result!

Pleasant cooperation and good advice when making choices regarding air conditioning installation. Quotation in close consultation and my specific wishes were taken into account and recorded. Experienced installation team, which installs very neatly and thoughtfully. Even though things went wrong through no fault of their own, everything was installed on time, clean and as desired. Very satisfied!

Extremely satisfied with the entire installation process from Bakker Klimaat! The email communication was excellent, with quick responses and clear answers. The installation was completed in one day, and I received clear instructions for the air conditioner. All in all, it went really well! My only tip is to consider adding a condensation pump. It does make some noise, so if you're a light sleeper, this is something to consider.
