Van den Berg Installatietechniek B.V.

My heat pump recently broke down because it had been standing still all summer. The pump was installed a few years ago by the company van den Berg installation technology (formerly Ruiter & de Lange). In principle I no longer had a guarantee (but from Daikin, not on the installation) but where Daikin failed, the company van den Berg stood up in the person of Michel. Michel got to work for us to solve matters quickly and adequately, he spent quite a lot of time on this. Eventually the pump was reset by the mechanic and the problem was solved. Thanks Michel for the good care!

Spent 3 hours in the showroom here to furnish 2 bathrooms. Very helpful, yes. Then never heard anything again. Of course I'm not going to beg for a quote. I mean, you either want to be in business or you don't, right? So in the end we went to Bakkum & Krook in Uithoorn, where we are very satisfied. As a result, Van den Berg missed out on an order worth almost 30 thousand euros, but apparently that can be worked out.

Unfortunately, they do work on large installations but do not want to provide aftercare themselves (not even within a 2-year warranty period) and refer you to “find it out yourself B.V.”. Rode? “ 45 km falls outside our region, yes no, we do do a lot of money-making work, but then we have to figure it out for ourselves... that's a shame...

Great company, good work, pleasant contact and everything at a reasonable rate. Update...more than nice! Reported a problem yesterday evening at 9 p.m., leaking pipe (due to my own fault)... this morning at 9 a.m. it was already solved, that's good old-fashioned service, thanks Ruud & Paul

Worst company in North Holland. They do not keep everything they do and agree on. Calling back is already too much!! If there are problems with the installations, the employees do not say anything because these people know nothing at all about the installations that are being shot down.
