We had a very good experience with this installation company. After a mechanic from Allinq drilled through the water pipe on Friday, they had a plumber come from plumber Zwolle on Friday evening who could repair the pipe for 900,- but we had to pay by card right away. Didn't agree and we could no longer contact Allinq. When I got in touch with Jeffrey van Loohuis-Assies on Monday, he immediately called his team leader Slobodan to help us. This morning on Tuesday morning there was a plumber who could arrange it for us at a fair substantiated price and on invoice. 2 hours later and we have running water again. Thanks everyone from Loohuis-Assies for the good service!!

(installing smoke detectors) After taking another day off from work, and it was already late in the afternoon of the 2nd appointment (no one was there at the 1st appointment), I was called back after about 30 minutes with the announcement that the technicians had taken time off and that this had not been passed on! For such a well-known company, the organization and service are not really great :(

Poor feedback from the company to the customer. Had 24/2 service maintenance, geyser button defective, technician would call one way or the other. 8-3 email sent to loohuisservice.nl attn. j.visscher. No response received to date.

How incredibly disappointing: Been a customer for years, but appointments are not kept, no calls are made in the event of an acute malfunction (leakage), what arrogance after having to call again (yourself). Bah bah, no more Assies Loohuis for me, I'm looking for a colleague who is looking forward to it. And one that respects you as a customer.

February 2021 no heating, no hot water in the coldest period of the year customers wait weeks for an appointment, which is then cancelled. fa does not keep promises, no communication possible and lousy customer service. monique wullink
