Bouwerij Baan

We are extremely happy with the renovation that Bouwerij Baan carried out for us. The process started with an intake interview with Nathalie, after which she made an interior design. Nathalie listened carefully to our wishes and came up with a surprising and creative design that perfectly matched what we had in mind. The renovation was carried out by Michiel. Although there were some challenges in the beginning, such as removing a load-bearing wall, these were solved professionally and expertly. Despite some delays in starting up, the planning was ultimately met. Contact with all parties involved went smoothly; they were all pleasant and professional people to work with. The end result exceeds our expectations. Our ground floor has been completely renovated and has a beautiful appearance. Visitors often say that it feels like we live in a 'VT Wonen' house, and we are extremely proud of that.

A reliable contractor and interior stylist who is also great at communication! When we decided to take on a new construction project that was already well under way, we urgently had to look for a contractor who could help us finish the house. We wanted a reliable party that could create an attic layout including a second bathroom, wall and floor finishing of all floors and also help with matters such as electricity and replacing doors/door frames. After an extensive search, we ended up at Bouwerij Baan and hoped to find a reliable contractor who would also be clear in communication. And that has proven to be the case! Communication about the quotation and planning was pleasant and transparent. Michiel also thought carefully about the possibilities. He also quickly informed us with a good explanation about any 'setbacks' (such as walls that appear to need a different finish after completion). We were also very happy with the subcontractors that Bouwerij Baan works with. Finally, Michiel also put us in touch with Nathalie, who helped us tremendously with color advice for our home. We therefore highly recommend Bouwerij Baan!

A contractor you can rely on! There is clear communication and a good planning is actually made. The people they hire deliver neat work (unlike the people we had hired ourselves), that difference was clearly visible (and in retrospect not worth the money we had to pay less to the others). Very happy with the tiler, he really delivered a professional job!

We have a great experience with Bouwerij Baan. Good communication and professional workers. So happy with our renovation. A downside was that the planning was so extensive that sometimes nothing happened for days, which meant that we spent longer in renovations than was necessary. Otherwise it would definitely have been 5 stars!! In short, it is highly recommended to have this beautiful company do a renovation.
