We wanted to have a chair that is approximately 60 years old, which has many memories attached to it, reupholstered by House of Jabs by Verstappen. When selecting the right fabrics, we carefully considered the right upholstery with the help of photos of our interior, and good advice was given. Then a planning for the work, which could still be accelerated. Our chair has been away for about a week and was brought home again, completely refreshed. We were pleasantly surprised to see how the chair turned out. We hope to be able to honor this chair for a long time to come. And if another overhaul is needed, we will certainly contact Verstappen again. Great work. Thank you

I wouldn't know where to start. Regardless of what was going on internally or personally, they ultimately gave the feeling that the money had been raised and the attention was completely gone quite quickly (towards the end of the project). Not calling back, not keeping appointments, the standard mailbox excuse (see also from Renske below), not responding to phone calls, WhatsApp answers ending in dot, dot, dot (just say the *sigh* answers). Perhaps there are "richer" customers for whom they will do anything, but they quickly no longer pay attention to the "ordinary" citizen. They ultimately ignored us, it cost a lot of money and ideally (and I think it is right) I would like to ask for a large part of it back. My recommendation as a private individual is to really, really avoid this case. We totally regret doing business with them and certainly don't want this to happen to others. So be warned.

After a week of texting back and forth, I was able to schedule an appointment. Two weeks after the chaotic measurement, I contacted them to ask where the quotation was. She would have emailed this, but it seems unlikely to me if I did not provide an email address. I received a price via the app, but when I asked for a quote by email, she suddenly indicated that she could not provide one. The collection had changed and the colors we had discussed were no longer available. If we agreed to the price via the app, a colleague would come by again to discuss the colors. Of course I didn't go into this further. She never asked for a response again. We finally placed our order at Boerenkamps in Deurne and we are very pleased with it. Everything was completed at this business in 1 week.
