Bad experience with this company. Especially when it comes to service, customer focus, delivering quality and keeping agreements. We had Airtex walls made for our business premises. The deadline for delivery agreements was not met. From excuse 1 to 5 further, the walls were installed 5 weeks later. 2 months later a wall came completely loose. After calling and emailing several times, I was supposed to be called back. 1 month later and it still had not been picked up without even saying anything (with the exception of a text message that they were busy). Now I have taken it up myself and had another company do it. Not a good word for this company.
