Very bad customer service. They gave me an appointment in 1.5 month at 15:00. A guy showed up to my house at 9 am while I was in my car going to my dr. appointment. He said he has only had time right now. Otherwise, I have to reschedule it again. Later, They sent me an email that I was not at home and canceled my appointment, and I needed to apply everything again. If they behave like this before even signing a contract. How frustrating it would be after signing a contract with them. Essent should work with companies with better service support.

I do not recommend this company to anyone!! I did manage to get the appointment with the technician about the house insulation but the check he did was very superficial. After that I confirmed the offer for cavity wall insulation and have not heard back about planning appointment. Each call or email exchange was super vague - we will plan as soon as possible. In one conversation I learned company is now recruiting workers and looking for materials which brought my confidence in their work very low. After that I wanted to cancel the order and was threatened with cancellation fee!! Looking at reviews posted here after their work was done I'm very happy I never got to that stage.

cancelled appointments 3 times and blaming it on luck. Got an email saying appointment is cancelled with no explanation why and also a big lie saying they tried to call me. No sense of responsibility in serving clients whatsoever. Needs appropriate action against them by local municipality / government if this happening with other clients as well. Wasted 4 months waiting for them.

Very unprofessional!! They didn't even came on the arranged day which was planned 2 weeks in advance. And just got an email ON THE TIME that they supposed to be there that the appointment was cancelled. Once I called asking for the reason, they said they saw ON GOOGLE MAPS that my house was not qualified for the service, meaning that the facade was covered with concrete when this is NOT TRUE at all, it's just a normal house with bricks. They didn't even call asking if that was the case, but after reading all the bad comments they have, I'm happy this happened and I got the work done by someone else.
