Isolatietechniek Best B.V.

We are a Dutch and an international living together in Eindhoven. We recently completed the rebuilding of our 1897 house in Eindhoven. Isotech was the company which we chose to isolate our walls, among a selection of 4 we reached out for. From the begin we experienced this as a very good company to work with. The information given from the start was extremely clear and informative about the process, but also the effects of isolation. The information was given in Dutch and English. The actual isolation was made fast and in a very clean fashion. By the end of the day, one wouldn’t even notice they were there. Customer service is excellent and provided all support in the request for subsidies (in the Netherlands, the government financially supports this kind of improvement). Definitely a company to work with, if you want great quality in an affordable price, with the extra of people being super friendly.

Original agreement with company was for roof and floor insulation. For the floor insulation an entrance hole needed to be opened in concrete wall under the floor so that the crew can access the whole floor. After the visit of the company s specialist to discuss situation, i was told that there is no issue and they can open the holes. We agreed and i signed the offers for both roof and floor insulation. The day that work would be performed was after 3.5 months, but i was willing to wait. When they came finally to perform the insulations, the crew told me that they cannot open the hole under the floor because it was concrete and they didn t do that, even though the specialist told me that there is no problem. So, they only did the roof, which they did good job, but not the floor. After contacting the office they told me that the specialist was on holiday and that he would call me on friday when he is back. Friday i didn t get a call, and not even the next week tuesday, wednesday. I had to call them again myself. Finally i spoke with the specialist and he told me that he would try to find a solution for me(someone who could open the hole under the floor) on my expense, which was not the original agreement. He also told me that if i found another company it would be fine, and the offer would be invalid. So thats what i did. I found another company and now i have to wait another month so the work can be done. That why the 2 stars.

Very pleasant experience! Received good and clear information from the representative, the planning team thought along with me and did not make a fuss when it turned out that I had to move the execution date forward due to private circumstances. Both gentlemen who completed the job yesterday deserve big compliments, because of their craftsmanship, neat delivery of the job, but especially because of their pleasant personality. I experienced them as representatives of a professional organization! You can be proud of these employees!

Very pleasant company. Both sales, administrative in the office and the executive guys. They are all very friendly, pleasant to work with and do their work quickly and well. Nicely tidied up. Nothing is too much, we are flexible, think along and received top advice. If they can't do anything for you because there is no benefit to me, they will say so honestly. So no hot air sold. TOP! Very satisfied.

Years ago we had our walls insulated.. nice story Eventually. had it done. Now it turns out that from the foundation about a meter high there is something in the cavity and the rest is just empty. Not exactly a success. By drilling a ventilation channel through the outer wall at a height of 2 meters, our insulated wall turned out to be just empty
