On October 16, 2023, the cavity wall was insulated by Triple A Insulation. On January 16, 2024, free thermal images of the house were made by the municipality, after which I was told that the cavity wall was well insulated. The only advice I received was to insulate the roof in the attic and improve the sealing of 1 door. On April 17, 2025, I had the attic roof insulated by Triple A Insulation, unfortunately something had not gone completely well here, they immediately offered to repair this after indicating this, only to have to cancel this appointment myself because I had been admitted to hospital. To my great surprise, I then received a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the hospital, which I thought was very thoughtful of the company. In the meantime, it has been fixed by the company. The staff is friendly and professional, so I cannot help but recommend this company to people. Thank you Triple A Insulation!

I recently had my basement insulated. Initial contact was fine, but they still needed a crawl space hatch installed. Communication was poor after that. I had to call back twice. After the second call, Rob got fed up and took action himself. No sooner said than done. They were there within 14 days. Everything was handled perfectly, and they left the place clean. It's a shame about the first incident; otherwise, I would have given it a solid 5 out of 10.
