Last March (2025) already had a quote drawn up. An appointment was made with Tristan (via Whatsapp) that the work (replacing roof windows) would be done in the second week of July. Now, at the end of June, we asked for a schedule for the work and we are told that it can no longer go ahead. The current job is running late and then they have a holiday, so it would not be possible until August. Those are not agreements, are they? Very disappointed in this party.

I received a lot of help from these 2 friendly men, they have been in my house a lot but you almost didn't notice they were there, everything is super neat! They have been very flexible because there were some setbacks due to the weather and an error of judgment on my part, which meant that they had to do the work differently than planned.
