We had contact with Drowa in Belgium. Very satisfied with the explanation and the home visit and also the quick quote. Planning on the line a week later. Less than a month after the quotation, they arrived here today with 2. Everything set up. A fairly large and low basement was completely finished within an hour. Polite and friendly guys. Really great! Recommend this company. They may be at the end of the world, but nothing is too far. And everything was left tidy as it should be.

I have been in contact with Drowa in recent weeks, ordered bags, rented a blower and I am full of praise. Service: Mirjam, with whom I have had several telephone contacts, is friendly and cooperative. Possibilities are being explored, which I really appreciate as otherwise I would have run out of time to insulate my small crawl space due to my own carelessness. Ease of use: I filled a small crawl space that was only accessible with 3 6x6 inch holes. This went completely fine with the help of the blower. Because I did it alone, I used a click on/click off switch with remote control. This way I could hold the pipe in place, turn on the blower, fill the space, turn off the blower and then only have to move the pipe again. As a result, I had minimal chips flying through the air (Yes, the first time without the click on/click off it looked as if I had turned on a snow machine in the house) Drowa and Mirjam, thank you for the very pleasant service!

Very nice experience with this company, delivered very quickly. The driver called in the evening to give me the time, I was available until 8 in the morning and was there on time. They also added 2 extra bags when collecting the blowa without any problem.

In November we had the floors insulated. This has significantly increased the comfort in the house and achieved a considerable saving on gas consumption. Since the very low crawl spaces, maximum 40 centimeters, were difficult to reach (no hatches), the gentlemen from Drowa made a passage through the basement and were able to completely provide the crawl spaces with insulation material. Respect for the person who managed to squeeze under the narrow floor to carry out the work. The only setback was that the passage that was made subsequently appeared to leak some groundwater during the period when it was extremely wet (January 2023). After we reported this to Drowa, Drowa provided an adequate solution by sending a mason who neatly sealed the passage completely again. All in all, a satisfied customer.
