First of all, the appointments have already been postponed a few times, which of course can happen. First the machine was broken elsewhere and once there was an illness in one of the men. Okay, this could still happen. Coincidentally, we are almost always at home, but if you have taken a day off from work with your boss, it will cost you days off for nothing. Then after the work was "finished", an incorrect invoice on which 4 ventilation grilles were charged, which were never replaced, which was later corrected with a new invoice without the costs of the grilles. This has now been neatly resolved. However, I am still somewhat less pleased with the spraying of the edge foundation. There are parts that were done reasonably well and in my opinion there are also parts that could have been done better. Then the entrance to the crawl space, where the outer wall is still completely bare, so no insulation has been installed here at all. Afterwards, two more men came here to assess some things, and this was also discussed. However, I was told that they do not do the "bare outer wall", as they may have to crawl into it later for any work and that there would be an insulation layer on it, so they would no longer be able to get through. They could have at least sprayed a layer of about 2 cm on it, in my opinion this would not have prevented the passage. This seems like a crazy story to me that I was told. My impression was that the men had no interest in doing any more service work. All in all, I would rate this company a 5. I think there are other insulation companies that are certainly worth a much higher figure. In short, look before you leap!! See photos of the crawl space entrance, which is not or hardly insulated. The photo of the spraying of the edge foundation is also mediocre. Recommend this company? --- Answer : NO

I am replacing the joints. and saw no insulation in 2 places that we had done 1.5 years ago. made an appointment and immediately came by to view and resolve the issue! also drilled some spots to see if it was right. completely satisfied. good service! very important. very well organised

Pretty good: The gentleman who came by first was fine, a salesman, but still quite good. Then I asked by email if extra ventilation could be added, which was fine, but the workers who came did not know. Fortunately, they did have this on their bus as standard. Two fine workmen; friendly, helpful and the results were excellent. The invoice did not go well at first, but this was quickly resolved.
