Comfort Company was invited second of 3 parties for cavity wall insulation. After a short conversation, the cavity wall was checked. In contrast to a nationally operating insulation company, it was indicated that our 1970s home already contains sufficient insulation. 5 stars for this honesty!

Netjes werk geleverd! Comfort is direct te merken. Onze verwarming meteen moeten bijstellen naar beneden. Decibellen van de drukke straat voor onze woning aanzienlijk minder.

Had a pleasant consultation with the advisor about insulating our subfloor. Nice quote that was arranged quickly. After signing, the service unfortunately became a lot less. You have to chase everything. Agreements are not made or not fulfilled by the company itself. Then you have an appointment and no one shows up, after calling it turned out that there was a double appointment. That is possible, but a call from the company itself would at least be nice. Photos would then be sent for the subsidy, but you would also have to ask for this several times. And guess what, sorry we lost this one. Well then. All in all, we would NEVER do business with this company again, if only because of the very poor communication!

Vanochtend Hans en Wijnand over de vloer gehad. Of beter gezegd onder de vloer gehad. Vloer isolatie keurig aangebracht. Zo klaar. Gezellige kerels die goed werk afleveren. Offerte via Martijn geregeld. Duidelijke uitleg over het product en de mogelijkheden. Ik ben benieuwd naar het resultaat (lagere luchtvochtigheid in huis). Martijn, Hans & Wijnand bedankt!

Clear and pleasant conversation about the cavity wall insulation and quote. 4 months later, due to busy times, they provided our corner house with cavity wall insulation. 2 men applied the insulation in about 3 hours. Worked neatly, drill holes were then sealed and cleaned up. We are very satisfied and the insulation is already noticeably doing its job. Recommended!
