Our kitchen (via super kitchens) is neat, undamaged and delivered on time by this organization. Very satisfied! The delivery people were also extremely friendly

Four stars because the fitter Lisa is really a top performer. Friendly and polite girl who worked hard, professionally and very neatly I would have preferred to give five stars because Lisa certainly deserved it, but I kept it at four because I think it is a negative point from the company that they only send 1 fitter to install a kitchen. Lisa therefore offered to come and finish the job on her free Ascension Day because otherwise we would have been stuck in the mess and with a half-finished kitchen for much longer. So, happy with Lisa, less happy with the company's planning.

Don't do business with them! This company feels so superior to their customers that they try to justify their own failure and lack of commitment to their customers with demonstrable untruths. If you point this out to them, they think they can tell you even more nonsense. And when you confront them with their own nonsense and the impossibility that this is the truth, they hide behind 'that they cannot make it any other way'. It's a shame that they can't just be open and honest then you don't have to 'make things different'. They would be with us at half past seven with our new kitchen. Called at eight o'clock to ask where they were. It was then indicated that the driver had had some problems on the road and would be there at nine o'clock. There were absolutely no traffic jams at that time! At half past ten they had not yet arrived, they called again and it turned out that this poor man (now three hours late) was still having trouble with the traffic. Strange, as there were no traffic jams in the area he was driving, nor had there been any. But... the driver would call with an explanation. When we spoke to him on the phone we were told the same story. In case of confrontation: “So you claim that you left at half past six in order to be here at half past seven as agreed and that to date you have already been delayed by three hours on that one-hour journey?” the answer was affirmative. When I asked where those horrible traffic jams had been, I was told that he was just a simple driver and had to pay attention to the road and therefore had no idea where he had gotten stuck. Now (more than three and a half hours late) they are at the door and the driver says that the office told him that he had been stuck in traffic, but that the truth is that he had to deliver elsewhere first. By the way, they were not happy with the early delivery at that other address because they were not ready for it yet, and delivery was agreed later in the day. However, the alternative order suited the supplier better than adhering to the agreements made. Communicating the truth about this with the customer was less convenient for them. I don't think it's a good idea to do business with a company that is so deceitful and not very customer-oriented and that also doesn't feel compelled to keep to agreements made.
