Big compliments to you! We are so incredibly happy with our new kitchen. I can hardly put it into words and this review doesn't even do it justice. But honestly, from the advice in your showroom, the guidance with our choices, the planning and coordination with our contractor to the delivery and installation... Fantastic! We could really let go. We have no comparison material, because this was the first kitchen we chose, but you would wish such a smooth process on everyone. Carefree and with a fantastic result. Real craftsmanship! Also compliments to the fitter. Who works so incredibly neatly and expertly. With so much attention to the best result. How nice! On to the installation of the cabinets and wardrobe in our utility room, we are looking forward to it!

Unfortunately no good experience with NDR. Our current kitchen came from here, and to complement it we wanted to place an island. Because the previous residents had done this via NDR, we thought it would be nice to also look for a matching island there. Unfortunately the communication was very bad, had to call and email a lot myself and agreements were not kept, despite the fact that I reported this several times, because I did not think this suited them. Now after a few weeks of not keeping agreements decided to switch to another kitchen supplier and let them know in writing, to which I only get back: 'my apologies, I understand that you do not want to continue with us'. I had expected more from NDR.. So unfortunately no more NDR for us in the future.

We have now purchased our kitchen from Nico twice in recent years. Very helpful both times. This is a company where service is number 1 and from which many large chains can learn something. No sales talk, good thinking, beautiful location and showroom. All in all; only reasons to support the local entrepreneur and buy here. We are once again very happy with our kitchen
