Request to pay the full payment before the construction, but the construction quality is a bit disappointing. We had several issues with the construction. It takes back-and-forth few times to fix each of the items, and is still on-going. - The pipe below of the toilet seat is leaking (still needs to be fixed) - The pipe below the sink is leaking (fixed by ourself) - The shower thermostaat was not properly installed and adjusted, so we have 1.5 week of cold water shower before it is fixed - Wrong measurement and installation, such that the radiator thermostaat cannot be proper installed. Now it only has space for small radiator tap switch. Positive part is so far they are open and is willing to fix the issues. Follow up: Nov. 2020 7 month after the installation, the toilet now starts to leak again. The quality of the construction has big problem with this company. The shower hanger also breaks within a year. April 2023 3 years after they tried to fix, the toilet leak again. And now it passes the warantee period. Positive side is that they changed the toilet without extra cost. May 2023 3 years and 1 month, after the 3 fix, it leaks again. There is fundamental construction issue. Still waiting for the response. July 2023 Finally no leakage after the repairmen. Thanks Grando for arrange the plumber.

Do not recommend. Bad customer service, installation team making mistakes. Before you pay they nice. After we paid they make own schedule don't follow what they said, difficult communication, ignorant. They stop answering emails. Bad service.

Looks like a designer kitchen and bathroom showroom. Really need to evaluate the price is to quality ratio. Have got plenty of choices for both kitchen and bathroom products.

Paul de Klein is a great, down-to-earth man! My wife, in particular, doesn't believe in sales pitches. A new kitchen is, and always will be, a major undertaking! Paul's expertise finally convinced us to take the plunge. He collaborated with three companies: Grando and Keukenbouwers. Paul is always willing to get involved to ensure a successful outcome! The kitchen fits perfectly in our house, complete with our dream bar! They made excellent use of the space and listened carefully to our needs! 🔝 Karin and Maarten
