Have been waiting for the Rotterdam location owner to follow up on a fully paid kitchen that is half constructed without any additional planning in place. The rotterdam owner attempts to pass this off to this off to the NL sales office and I have not heard back from either. Disgraceful service.

Purchased a beautiful kitchen in 2008. We were particularly proud of this. About 5 years ago (ten years after purchase) the aluminum strips along all panels started to come loose. Like it's a disease. At one point all the strips of the panels were hanging loose. In a kitchen costing more than 20,000 euros. We sent new photos to Bulthaup every week. No response from the local dealer. After a long time and firm insistence, Bulthaup Nederland took over the business. In 2021, Bulthaup offered to replace the panels at a price of 4,000 euros plus the costs of installation. This meant that the dealer wanted to give up his margin at most. We thought that (partly in light of the original investment) was still a lot of money for a kitchen that, according to statistics, could have lasted another 10 years and, given the condition of the kitchen (apart from the strips), another 20 years. The offer was too meager. The defect is due to a construction error and not related to use or wear. Note that Bruynzeek anchors such strips with a T-profile in the plate instead of just glue. It is a common problem according to Google. We had of course hoped and should have hoped for more and better quality. After a final reminder in which we were less friendly, we immediately received a harsh response. Obviously no Bulthaup this time. It turns out to be cleverly marketed MDF of questionable quality. Good for years of daily annoyance here. By now the doors are swelling. The cover strip comes off and moisture does the rest. It is now August 2024 and the kitchen is falling apart further. He is now really approaching the end of his life.
