We had very pleasant contact with Wijnand Keukens from the first day of information/sales to the last day of service. In particular, salesperson Eward Schoonewille helped us and advised us in choosing our kitchen. Very friendly, cooperative and good at communicating. The installation of the kitchen was carried out by skilled and friendly fitters. The solution to a service due to a spot in one of the cupboard doors was quickly solved by Harold Hoes. Jeroen and Eward helped us very well, are involved, customer-oriented (delicious cake on Saturday), have a lot of knowledge and experience, are transparent and clear. Always easy to reach and what was very pleasant for us is that they worked well together with our interior builder. Everything for the best result. That is of course what you want as a customer.

We have been enjoying our beautiful new kitchen for over 2 weeks now. We received enormous help from Eward. After an inventory conversation, he returned with three designs. All beautiful! After that everything went smoothly and there was good communication. We received honest advice. We were looking for a beautiful but also practical kitchen in which we can cook and live together with our 4 teenagers. A few months before delivery of the kitchen, some changes were made. No problem, that's what the 'dotting the i's conversation' was meant for ;) Eward came to inspect the construction and that turned out to be a good move because moving the drain by 20 cm was not a problem now, but perhaps later. We both fell in love with the aluminum kitchen. That had to be the statement in our kitchen and it worked. Long story short, are you looking for quality, honest, clear advice, good thinking about design and equipment and of course a very beautiful kitchen in which you can cook, live and enjoy? Then you have to go to Wijnand Keukens in Zwolle!

My partner bought a kitchen from Wijnand years ago and had a great experience, so we chose them again, this time in Zwolle. We clicked right away, which I think is very important for the process you're in. Erik was a good listener and responded well to our wishes. After two visits, we'd pretty much reached an agreement. Any questions we had were always addressed enthusiastically. And the result is fantastic! We thoroughly enjoy this beautiful, high-quality Italian kitchen every day. Highly recommended!

After three conversations with the same salesperson, we unfortunately had a negative experience with Wijnand kitchens and would like to share our findings to help others make their choice. After asking for more information about the equipment several times, the salesperson was barely able to provide us with substantive information about the differences between the equipment on offer. He remained very vague and superficial, which gave us the feeling that he was not well informed about the products he was selling. This gave us a lack of confidence in his expertise. Instead of focusing on the quality of his own products, more emphasis was placed on criticizing competitors and former employers. This was done in a way that made us uncomfortable and did not come across as professional. This gave us the feeling that the salesperson had no confidence in his own offer. In addition, the price from this supplier turned out to be remarkably high. When we looked at comparable kitchens from well-regarded suppliers, it turned out that we would pay 20% less for a similar kitchen. This not only felt unreasonable, but also gave us the feeling that we might not get the best value for our money from Wijnand Kitchens. What made the situation even worse was the salesperson’s behavior in dealing with customers. He gossiped to us about the financial situation of another customer, which created an atmosphere of distrust for us and made it difficult to believe that he was dealing honestly with us. This was confirmed when we learned that this salesperson also gossiped about our choices to other customers. In our opinion, this is extremely unprofessional and only reinforced the negative feeling that we already had. We got the feeling several times that we were not in control of making choices ourselves. The salesperson had made several choices for the kitchen design without consultation, and he did not report these back to us of his own accord. He tried very hard to steer us in a certain direction, which he would have succeeded in if we had not been determined about our idea of ​​the kitchen. Finally, there was the unreliable behavior with regard to filling in the housing wish list. The salesperson offered not to fill in certain adjustments in order to give us a financial advantage. If the contractor did not notice this, we would not have to pay for it. This made us feel uneasy and spoke highly of his integrity. If he is prepared to harm the contractor in such a way, how do we know that he will not harm us in similar ways? In short, we do not recommend this Wijnand Keukens. The combination of lack of knowledge, unprofessional behavior, excessively high prices and the feeling of unreliability made this experience very disappointing for us. We have no idea about the quality of the kitchen, because we did not buy a kitchen, hence two stars. Edit: After posting the review below, another Wijnand Keukens employee contacted me. I was then able to tell my story, I was treated respectfully and felt that I was taken seriously. We appreciated that we were contacted. This made our review go from 2 to 3 stars.
