The behavior of the employee/owner has been unacceptable. He has been arrogant showing no social principles and no communication skills. Please, be careful when requesting for this company services as they might not behave in a human manner. There are other companies that might do the job well, but it is the communication skills and human behavior that make the difference, and this company certainly does not have.

After good experiences in the past, I recently called in PWS again to replace a skylight. During the process, a rotten tile batten was also found and replaced, and I received helpful advice about the condition of my roof. In consultation, without extortionate prices and with the look of a professional who wants his work to enjoy a long life. The owner is direct in his communication. That may seem wrong to some, I appreciate it. If only more companies were this straightforward.

Two Wooden Velux roof windows replaced by Martin from Pws. With over 25 years of experience, Martin had the job done in no time and everything was neatly finished. Very satisfied with Martin's work!

Very happy with my skylight, which was installed problem-free, super quickly and accurately by a real professional from PWS. Works very efficiently, is clear in communication and keeps agreements. Very pleasant. I highly recommend this company!

They installed a Velux skylight in the attic. They are a recognised Velux partner and that's how I found them. Quickly received a quote (Much friendlier than many others) and because I had doubts about the feasibility, one of the owners came to see if it would fit. He also assessed my existing Veluw window (other room) and was honest that it needed some maintenance (I can do it myself), but was still fine. Received good tips for maintaining the 2 windows. Do what you expect: install a skylight, finish it off and on request they take the waste away for a fee (not the roof tiles!). Vacuum the house yourself and it's done again (at the time of the photo the vacuum cleaner had not yet been turned on) Honest, on time, quick response, neat work, honest prices, invoice as discussed and I had to leave during the job and felt good about leaving the professional alone. As far as I'm concerned, highly recommended.
