We were having trouble with an annoying leak and a drainpipe where the rainwater flowed along. So we contacted the professional and made an appointment to draw up a quote. We had to wait 2 weeks for this. The appointment was rescheduled the day before, another 2 weeks of waiting. After a month, Jack van Dalen came and looked at everything (this was April 14). The quote would follow soon. 2 weeks later, still no quote, so I called them. They hoped to send the quote that same week, well fine. Waited another 2 weeks, still nothing. It is now May 25 and we still have not received anything. We are very disappointed, we were faced with an annoying problem and had confidence in this professional. Jack, if you don't like a job; just report it honestly. Don't make us wait for months and don't keep people hanging. That is not nice. In the meantime, the problem has been solved by a top professional (Ares from Heerenveen). There were only 4 days between the first phone call and the repair!

Through a good neighbor we came to Jack, with the request to make our utility room a beautiful grooming salon. This year it was time and Jack came with his staff to make my dream come true. They are friendly men and work well, hardly any time for a cup of coffee. There was good communication! After a week my beautiful grooming salon became reality. I am very proud of the end result!! Ended up with Jack van Dalen through someone else. Everything went smoothly. I made an appointment for a quote, received the quote and I did not have to wait long for the work to be carried out. Outsourced everything to Jack and he made sure the right people were there at the right time. Everything is neatly done. It's nice that they are also thinking along with you. Electricity, plasterwork, painting, everything is in good order. Next time I'll ask Jack again. Highly recommended.
