I receive a call from this number and hear a man who speaks poor English and tells a confusing story about 'blockchain support'.

We were really fooled by Erhard Gaal and his employees. The work that has been done by us is below standard. The work was supposed to take 3 weeks, but after 13 weeks half of it was not yet done, people no longer showed up and a heavily pregnant woman was left in the mess. Damage has been caused which they do not want to compensate because, according to Mr. Gaal will waive their deductible. To name just a few things: a water pipe was drilled through in the bathroom, causing the bathroom to become flooded because they had not checked how the pipes were running. The shower cubicle was mounted upside down (!). The painting and plastering work has been done very poorly and we have had it redone three times in several places and it is still not neat. The new ceiling that had been made in the attic fell down in two places because it had not been attached in a legal manner. I don't want to think about what would have happened if our newborn had been underneath it! The floor tiles are laid unevenly. To install a door frame, it was claimed that they would first have to remove a piece of wall because otherwise it would not fit. Another company managed to install it without any problems and this was another trick to charge extra money for this. Construction waste was to be removed as agreed, but it has been in our driveway for weeks and I also had to ask several times for it to be removed. Some of this has been deposited in our wheelie bins without our permission. Erhard Gaal visited us and promised that all errors would be resolved. The costs would be deducted from the salaries of their employees, but he wanted more money from us, even though agreements had been made both on paper and verbally about the costs of the work. We said that we would not pay anything extra for the tinkering and that a 5-year warranty had been promised in black and white, after which Mr Gaal's tone became less friendly and the conversation ended abruptly. They do not respond to registered letters, but they do owe us a few thousand euros for the tinkering and damage. Photos can be found on various sites, including Werkspot. Wij zijn behoorlijk in de maling genomen door Erhard Gaal en zijn werknemers. Het werk wat bij ons is gedaan is beneden alle peil. De werkzaamheden zouden 3 weken duren maar na 13 weken was de helft nog niet gedaan, is men niet meer komen opdagen en heeft men een hoogzwangere vrouw in de rotzooi te laten zitten. Er is schade gemaakt wat men niet wil vergoeden omdat dat volgens Dhr. Gaal van hun eigen risico af zal gaan. Om maar een paar dingen te noemen: men is o.a. in de badkamer door een waterleiding heen geboord waardoor de badkamer blank kwam te staan omdat men niet had gecontroleerd hoe de leidingen lopen. De douchecabine was ondersteboven gemonteerd (!). Schilder- en stukwerk is bar slecht uitgevoerd en op meerdere plekken hebben we het tot drie keer toe laten overdoen en nog is het niet netjes. Het nieuwe plafond wat men op zolder had gemaakt kwam op twee plekken naar beneden omdat deze niet op een legale manier was bevestigd. Ik wil er niet aan denken wat er gebeurd zou zijn als ons pasgeboren kindje eronder had gelegen! De vloertegels zijn schots en scheef gelegd. Voor het plaatsen van een deurkozijn beweerde men dat ze eerst een stuk muur zouden moeten verwijderen omdat het anders niet ging passen. Een ander bedrijf heeft het zonder problemen wel weten te plaatsen en was dit weer een truuk om extra geld hiervoor te vragen. Bouwafval zou volgens afspraak worden afgevoerd maar heeft wekenlang op onze oprit gelegen en ook hiervoor heb ik meerdere malen moeten vragen om dit te verwijderen. Een gedeelte hiervan heeft men zonder onze toestemming in onze kliko's gedeponeerd. Erhard Gaal is bij ons geweest en heeft beloofd dat alle fouten opgelost zouden worden. De kosten zouden op het salaris van hun werknemers worden ingehouden maar hij wilde wel meer geld van ons hebben, en dat terwijl er zowel op papier als mondeling afspraken zijn gemaakt over de kosten van het werk. Wij hebben gezegd niks extra’s voor het prutswerk te gaan betalen en dat er 5 jaar garantie zwart op wit was beloofd, waarop de toon van de heer Gaal minder vriendelijk werd en het gesprek abrupt werd beëindigd. Op aangetekende brieven reageert men niet maar is men ons wel een paar duizend euro verschuldigd voor het prutswerk en de schade. Foto’s zijn op diverse sites te vinden, o.a. op Werkspot. Denk goed na voordat je met deze mensen van Gaal Vastgoed/Cultieflex in zee gaat en doe zeker geen aanbetaling!
