It started off promisingly. Mr. Orhan is a friendly man, and the communication beforehand was pleasant. During the viewing day at our new-build home, we went through everything, and the quote seemed fine. But after the work began, things unfortunately quickly went downhill. The working method and the quality level were far below what I'm used to from other contractors. Important issues like additional work weren't discussed beforehand, but only came to light upon receiving the invoice—that's unprofessional. The finishing work, which is precisely what I'd hired him for, was very disappointing. Although he indicated that extensive carpentry isn't his forte, his other work also proved to be below the standard you'd expect from a professional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Orhan as a professional.

Clear agreements were made, neatly included in the quote, and the work was carried out as discussed. The work was completed faster than expected, neatly and efficiently. No complaints whatsoever. They sprayed latex on ceilings and walls, and even did some plastering as a service. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this company if you need work done in your home.

The Finishing Touch plastered and sprayed all walls and ceiling in our new-build apartment. Employees very friendly and knowledgeable. Clear agreements and good contact with the company. Plasterwork is really very flat and after the walls and ceiling were sprayed, the result was TOP. We are very happy with the collaboration and especially the result.

Excellent work done and came back to paint the stairs after they were damaged by the plasterers. Responds quickly. The only point of attention is the communication which is sometimes rather difficult/attacking.

The Finishing Touch truly exceeded our expectations. Beforehand, we even checked on a job to see how the team handled the plasterwork. Mr. Urhan responded quickly, and both he and his plastering team delivered expert work, achieving a beautiful and exceptionally smooth, paint-ready result. We are very satisfied. They also left behind the scaffolding they built for the plasterwork, which reached the ridge of the attic above the stairwell (approximately 4 meters above the first floor), and we can now use it for the painting. We greatly appreciated their thoughtful approach and continuous advice. We would recommend The Finishing Touch to anyone.
