Bought products to repair damage to the countertop yourself. Asked how I can best determine the color to get as little color difference as possible. The answer was an unhelpful response, which meant that I had to figure it out myself or have them repair it. That kind of defeats the purpose of repairing it yourself, in my opinion. Then I randomly ordered a set with multiple colors. Colors deviated a lot so I didn't try it. Then sent it back, after which I received the purchase amount (minus shipping costs). While the conditions state that you will receive the full purchase amount back. If you indicate this, you will not receive a response.

We found a pit in the Duravit sink on this site with a repair kit. Used the repair kit and mixed and used it entirely according to the instructions. However, the color did not become white, but a bit dull transparent. Contacted proffill but here I got the response that you must not have mixed it properly. You now have to mill it out and order a new set. Well, if I had mixed even more, the bottom would probably have come out. I emailed them back that I am sure that I mixed it properly and that I do not think it is nice that no solution is thought of, but only focused on raking in the money. In short, do not order here, if you hope for a nice customer service if something is wrong with the product that you want to order from them.
