Excellent service, we are changing the all windows and frames of our house by stages. The first stage was completed and it was done in such a perfect and professional manner. Jasper listen to our requests and wishes and was also able to provide us with great advice. Debbie was always available for any questions we had and helped us every time. During the installation day The technicians were very kind, professional and efficient. Everything was left cleaned and tidy after they finished. The new frames and windows look amazing and we are very excited to continue changing the rest. Thank you window plus.

Even though we had a great conversation on the phone with one of the sales staff, once we arrived there we had a terrible experience. The sales person that talked to us had no respect for the Corona rules, was not customer oriented/friendly and had a problem with English speaking persons. We spoke in Dutch, but he verbalized his dissatisfaction with English speaking customers. Also never heard back from him regarding our offer. Very disappointed!

Today, someone from window plus have called me. He was arogant and rude, asked where did I get the information in my proposal request. I've told him that this information come from another proposal request and that we need few more proposals to compare with each other and after that we will make a decision. Also, I've asked him to send someone to our house for measurement. He said no, he will not send someone to our house and that they have no time for this. Why did he call me, I have no idea....Very weird contractor, no trust.

I recently had all my windows, including frames, exterior doors and cladding, replaced with WindowPlus. I can only say that this is really a reliable party. Byron and his people are super friendly, professional and think along with you. And even though this stressed-out chicken occasionally felt the need to do it, the result was beautiful and small issues were resolved to his satisfaction. And finally, a big shout-out to Debbie, because besides being super friendly and helpful, she also keeps the men behind the pants so that nothing is forgotten ;-)
