They didn’t finish their work properly, didn’t come back to fix it and no one is responding. Not recommending at this moment.

We received excellent help choosing our awning and screens. They installed our awning and screens today. The connection wasn't perfect during construction. The guys did everything they could to fix it, which was fantastic. We're also thrilled with the products, they're truly top-quality. I highly recommend Paul & Paul to everyone.

Fast and correct handling when indicating the wishes we had for a new awning. When installing this, a tin was even used to collect the stone dust when drilling the holes in the wall. After installing the screen, the terrace was neatly wiped clean and the screen was demonstrated to ensure it was functioning properly. Neat professionals who know how to deal with customers.

Unfortunately, not a good experience with Paul & Paul although it started promisingly. We visited the Bergschenhoek showroom on a Saturday afternoon in January 2024 to orientate ourselves on window frames. We were approached and to our surprise someone had time to hear what we might want to change about our house in Bergschenhoek. We were made enthusiastic and left the showroom with an agreement that someone from Paul & Paul would visit us two weeks later in February 2024 to measure and discuss options. That was a good session where we discussed a lot. Because our wishes cannot be realized by Paul & Paul alone, a contractor is also needed, the quotation would not be delivered within the usual week, but after three weeks. It has now been more than a year and we have never received a quote, even after calling/emailing from us. Each time we were told that it was really strange that we had not heard anything yet and that a quote would be issued soon. So what started out promising ended in disappointment because how difficult is it to honestly say that you are not going to provide a quote because you cannot or do not want to do the work. We think honesty is much better than just stringing along a potential customer. In the meantime, we have a story to tell to our family, friends and acquaintances. Work was carried out exactly as agreed. When the front door had to be readjusted later, it was done without any problems.
