Have been having problems for years with the dormer window purchased from G&M, which it outsourced to Theo van Gestel. First the dormer window sagged. Then it started leaking. Be able to pay the costs for the first leak yourself. Now, after years of struggle, legal assistance and promises and another leak, no solution yet. Neither G&M nor Theo van Gestel respond to anything. Think carefully before you buy here. Legal aid has been there for so many years, but each time they either do not respond or do not pay for the work that has been resolved by someone else. You are then left with a worthless and damaged dormer window, which is also leaking and has cost a lot of money. Update August 2024: after an independent inspection, there appear to be more problems and even the protective layer of the dormer window is peeling off. Update Nov 2024: men have partly tried to restore what could still be repaired according to legal reasons. However, they do not respond to any questions and do demand that the claims for which default has already occurred and for which compensation is appropriate be canceled. The connection of the hidden gutter also looks as if the water can flow in all directions instead of just over the pans. The roof surrounding it is wet. In this case, the roofing felt is the roof drain. The roofing felt is just folded in the hope that it doesn't get under the roof tiles, but it does. They refuse to make or respond to this. April 2025: Once again given the opportunity to answer questions about possible repairs to the dormer window. Doesn't answer the phone or respond. Will be given another chance to repair any new defects, otherwise a lawsuit will be filed. To make matters worse, the construction also appears to be defective and they no longer respond to anything Don't buy here!! I feel ripped off and am left with a dormer window with a construction that is faulty and has defects. Supposedly a 15 guarantee, but in practice they don't care.

Wij hebben bij G&M Best een goede uitleg gekregen, ze nemen de tijd voor je en er hangt een gemoedelijke sfeer. Uiteindelijk hebben we de overkapping hier gekocht. Dat is inmiddels al weer bijna 5 jaar geleden en nog altijd heel goed te vrede over de overkapping en ook over de service van Alex en Paul valt niks te klagen als er iets is even bellen en het wordt opgelost. Dat is dan ook de reden geweest dat we nu ook een schuifpui en een serre screen door G&M hebben laten plaatsen, ook dat is weer netjes gedaan zoals ik van G&M gewend ben. Nu kunnen we ook in het voor en na jaar langer van onze tuinkamer genieten. G&M Best Bedankt !!!

I am extremely satisfied! I made an appointment and was well informed in the showroom, thinking along and advice was given. I followed the advice and am very satisfied. They work carefully and if something is not quite right they come back quickly to solve the problem. Everything was left tidy and cleaned. They also removed all the old materials for me. I would definitely recommend the company.

Vandaag is onze veranda klaar!! We zijn er erg blij mee. Alles supernetjes afgewerkt en opgeruimd. TOP.
