Delivered as promised. Very happy with our sliding door

We purchased a patio door from Axxent. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we're happy with the result. There were some initial installation issues; we had to wait for a second installation day. But that was resolved promptly. Our experience was positive. The patio door itself also appears to be of good quality and well-installed. I highly recommend Axxent.

When we took over a house where Axxent had supplied uPVC doors and windows, we noticed that the seals on the inside of the front door had sagged. Since this was still under warranty (Axxent provided a 10-year warranty to the previous residents), we contacted them about it. Since they didn't respond, I called again and asked for a response. Axxent declined, stating that they used to do business with their supplier in Wesel, Germany, but no longer do. I indicated that I disagreed with the rejection of the complaint: in my opinion, it's a construction defect because the seals are on the inside and this isn't due to poor maintenance. Axxent is no longer responding.

Record the conversation!! On day 1 I called immediately because the first day already went terribly. Can no longer close the roller shutter even though I insisted it was there. Door opening is 70cm wide, while the advice was no French doors because then the opening is 70cm and that is unpleasant with the passage. Now I can never get a sofa or something like that through the door again. 1 door is damaged. All window frames have damage or are crooked. damage to the floors and transfer window sill. Glass was located 6 to 7 meters away in the artificial grass. Having to clean up mess everywhere. I have not received the insect screens from the quotation, but I do have to pay for them. I was asked to have the work completed, they would fix everything. Have the work completed as far as possible (dormer window still needs to be installed) and that has become a drama. See photos. They will only solve it if I make a down payment of more than 6,000 euros for the dormer window. I don't agree with that so now they are threatening legal action. I am not going to make a down payment (which according to the quotation is not necessary) to a company that has not done anything to solve anything after 10 weeks. I hired this company because 10 years ago the neighbors had done a decent job and I didn't feel like suffering. I should have chosen another company because Axxent is a disaster. Dear Patrick and Sejfulan, We have NOT agreed to partial payment. You would always solve the problems in the oral conversations. But in the end nothing happens. Then I think that something is finally going to happen and then you email me to force me to make a down payment of more than 6,000 euros for a dormer window despite all the damage I have suffered. But take the legal route because I am convinced that the work you have done is far below standard. I have told you that I will pay the remaining amount once the defects have been resolved and I have received my screens from the quotation.
