What a beautiful, almost new house we got in return, the fitters who were here literally worked themselves into a sweat and the lamp at our front door is hanging nicely and firmly again. Thanks guys!!!

**Update After more than 10 months, still no dormer: no responses and no clarity "We ordered a dormer window from this company more than ten months ago. Since then, we have repeatedly received no clarity about the delivery time and the communication is downright poor. Every time we call, the person responsible is not present and our emails remain unanswered. This gives us a very unprofessional impression and causes a lot of frustration. It is extremely disappointing that despite repeated attempts to contact us, we are not receiving any concrete schedule or update. We have been patient for a long time, but the lack of customer friendliness and follow-up means that we have no choice but to leave a negative review at the moment. We recommend everyone to inquire carefully about the delivery times and communication of this company before ordering anything here. Hopefully the company will improve its service and communication in the future, but unfortunately our experience has not been positive." **Update After 320 days of waiting, calling and emailing, the seller informed us via an app that he would call us. Unfortunately, that didn't happen either.

Installed the new sliding doors today according to agreement and planning and removed and disposed of the old door; a solid 9 out of 10 for Michael's team; the men are attuned to each other and continue steadily; neat, correct and polite, craftsmanship and neat product delivered and installed, everything left neat and clean and a top finish; an extremely satisfied and happy one customer

Yesterday and today our house was made of plastic frames and barn door and sliding doors by Horst renovation from Enschede. Friendly and 4 skilled technicians. Looks great and was done within 2 days. Top company, would definitely recommend them.

Very satisfied with Horst Renovation! The introductory meeting went very well with Donny and he really took the time to realize all your wishes. We had quite a few wishes and everything was possible. Color, style, etc. The measuring was also done very well. The installation took 3 days. Michael and his team came and realized everything according to our wishes. Polite, accurate and thinks along with you. Everything was discussed with us, which we experienced as very pleasant. Unfortunately, the ventilation grilles had not yet arrived, they will be installed in 2 weeks. All in all, super satisfied and as happy as a child with our beautiful sliding door.
