Unprofessional and unreliable. When agreed to replace the front door, it was also agreed to replace the panel above the front door. It was agreed and signed to in the koopovereenkomst. Unfortunately it was not replaced. When I contacted them regarding this, they again agreed on whats app it should've been replaced and they sent their guys specially to replace it, BUT when they arrived, they said it could not be replaced because of who knows why and very long excuses. They should've just been honest from beginning and said it could not be done. Unfortunately they lost the rest of my business to replace the windows and have a garden door installed.

Serginio and Richard installed all the window frames for us. We are very satisfied with how this went. The technicians were very knowledgeable and polite. They also took the time to walk through everything and finish it properly. The 5 frames, double sliding doors and front door were installed within three days and the interior finishing within effectively one day. We have a very good experience with Kozijndeal Nederland.

Our window frames were installed last week by Geert and Bas. It was immediately clear that they know what they're doing. This dynamic duo first determined the plan and discussed it with us. This allowed me to quickly ask any questions, and any concerns were addressed. During the installation, we were occasionally called in because they'd discovered unusual issues in the house, even if they weren't related to the window frames (for example, we discovered that a wall wasn't insulated). What was especially nice was that they worked well together with a good sense of humor, worked diligently, and took our questions seriously. Excellent work!
