We had been looking for some time for a party that could make our window frames and facades more sustainable. From the first conversations to the final implementation: we are impressed with Renovatiedirect. Robert gave us a clear explanation of the possibilities, in clear language. In addition, there was a good click and an honest story, which was the deciding factor for us. They deliver custom work with an excellent price/quality ratio. After arranging the financing, Leo and another colleague came by to measure everything, after which all the frames were assembled ready-made in their own workshop. Within a week and a half, the exterior of our house was thoroughly overhauled, the result is stunning! We enjoyed the pleasant contact with our technicians Heiko and Patricio, who carried out the enormous amount of work accurately and professionally. They exceeded our expectations by helping us find solutions, such as replacing rotten beams or broken window glass, and providing friendly service. At the end of each day everything was always neatly cleaned up and swept, we never had to go into the night with an open window frame. The finish, both inside and outside, left nothing to be desired. It feels like we live in a completely new house, great. In addition, they are considerate of the neighborhood: they do not cause any nuisance through loud music, for example, and they do not block roads with vans or trailers. We saw the gentlemen leave with pain in our hearts after everything was completed... We highly recommend Renovatiedirect!

They are unreliable, can't be trusted

I can only recommend the company. They have done a wonderful job and even if something needs to be done later, they solve it very neatly. The contact with Leo was great. Super friendly man, helpful and just takes care of it. But the technicians Manfred and Thomas are also super good, helpful, cooperative and friendly. Added photos of the result, where photo 1 was the old facade and the photos after that are the end result. Once again beautiful end result. A well-deserved 5 stars for me, I could have given it more :-)

Very satisfied with this company - well helped from start to finish! I can really recommend this company to everyone. From the first moment of contact to the completion of the project, they provided excellent service. The advisor came to our home in the evening, because we were unable to come during the day due to work. He took plenty of time to explain everything calmly, clearly and concisely. The employee who came to measure later was also professional and thought along with us. We had an additional request, which turned out to be possible without any problems. It was nice that they also thought along with the style of our house. There was one downside: we were accidentally not scheduled for the installation. However, after contacting us ourselves, this was quickly rectified. The fitters were still on our doorstep within one to two weeks. Arthur and Nick, who installed the windows and frames, really deserve a compliment. They worked hard, were friendly and actively thought along with us. For example, we did not yet have a windowsill, and they also installed it neatly - in consultation. The finish was excellent. Unfortunately, after installation we had to deal with an ant plague. We were helped with this without any hassle. Within two working days Arthur and Nick were back with us to check everything and seal the holes. And when ants were still visible through a small crack a few days later, they responded again within an hour and the last openings were professionally sealed. Yes, there were a few minor bumps along the way, but they were resolved with great care. This is a company that thinks along with you, has expertise and provides excellent aftercare. We are extremely satisfied!

Our first contact was with Marciano Podde, who provided excellent advice and always communicated clearly. After the summer holidays, they started installing the new window frames. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job! We highly recommend this company to others.
