After ordering the sliding doors through a construction company, we decided to replace all frames and doors in the entire house and order them directly from Rutolux. Very nice and knowledgeable salesman Peter who thought carefully about our wishes and made an excellent quote. Ordered beautiful window frames and a super nice door. During installation not everything went as it should, but everything was neatly resolved. Finishing with beautiful typework that was sprayed in the same color and neat sealant work. Even the finishing that the construction company had not done so neatly was tackled. Also only after everything was ready did we have to pay. Communication and installation went really well. Compliments to this company and the employees.

Ordered windows and doors. Delivery and installation was one big problem, weeks/months delayed, dozens of damages and also ZERO communication. Very disappointing. We just feel cheated. You don't get called back or emailed when you try to reach them in different ways. After 10 months still nothing solved! Worthless company!

I have had the screens on the sliding doors and bedrooms for 2 months now and what a difference it has made in terms of temperature within the air conditioning, I have hardly had it on. The best purchase ever and from such a top company.

We received very beautiful facades from Rutolux. Unfortunately, they delayed our construction by more than two months. When installing the triple glass panes of 2.70 high, filler blocks were forgotten, which meant that the heavy panes were actually loose, which is not exactly harmless. The window seals were only installed much later, causing contamination between the glass and rubber. When the frames were delivered, a list of delivery points was drawn up by the Rutolux employee. After emailing/calling dozens of times, no action. Issues include scratches on doors and glass and color differences on a facade and have never been resolved. As an architect and client, I am very satisfied with the profiling and looks of the facades. However, Rutolux's service is extremely substandard.
