In 2020, this company installed new windows and glass in our bay window. Last summer we discovered that water was leaking from the window frame. Since there is a warranty on the work delivered, I tried to contact the company, both via email, the form on their website and by telephone. There was no way this was successful. I eventually emailed VKG Keurmerk, to which the company is affiliated, to arrange for the company to contact me. No response so far. That's why I decided to post this very bad review in the hope that the company will contact me.

The entire process went smoothly and professionally. The replacement of the windows and front door was carried out professionally, and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was left tidy. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service of Koster Glas en Kozijnen and I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality window frames and excellent customer service.

Very exciting, ordering new plastic window frames. Do you like the color, what is the quality, what is the finish, who do you get in your house, etc. We informed ourselves well in advance by visiting various companies and looking at neighbors and friends, but in the end you choose based on your feeling. We ended up at Koster Glas en Kozijnen via that route and have not regretted it for a moment, we were very happy in every phase of the process. During the installation, the men had to deal with some unforeseen issues and these were solved very creatively and always in good consultation. Asked several times for a quote for maintenance of our turn/tilt windows, never heard anything. This company is definitely doing well. Well, I'm done with them. Communication is very poor.
