Very satisfied with the delivery of new front door and sliding door by NH Kozijnen, from the first contact with Nathalie and Nikita clear and transparent communication about delivery time, warranty and installation. All agreements were neatly fulfilled and communication was also proactive about delivery etc. The front door was initially measured incorrectly but this was resolved very quickly. In short, very satisfied with the entire process with NH Kozijnen and an additional advantage is the much shorter delivery time compared to the in-house manufacturers. Recommended!

We had been looking for someone who could install our plastic front door for weeks, because our contractor no longer exists and he could therefore no longer carry out the factory warranty. Called NH window frames and explained the problem and the next day a technician was at the door. Our problem was solved the same day. We are very happy that NH window frames resolved our problem and offered an excellent service. The extremely friendly ladies who first listen to the problem and have to answer it also give you the feeling that you are not a number. NH window frames is highly recommended and we will definitely come back to them.

Very bad experience with NH Kozijnen. Agreements are not kept and communication is poor. You constantly have to take care of everything yourself, from delivery to installation. What was ultimately installed was sloppily finished: crooked frames, damage, and no one took responsibility. Promises are made but never kept. Complaints are ignored or dismissed. I regret doing business with this company. Not professional and certainly not recommended. Save yourself the frustration.

A very nice experience! From measuring to installation, I was very pleased with the expertise of the employees who carried this out. The advice about which door to choose was also excellent and the right choice. Agreements were properly fulfilled, and the end result is very satisfactory! Without a doubt, I would choose NH window frames again if the need arises.
