Had the entire house done by this company 4 years ago. This was neatly installed in 2 days. They thought along well about solutions and everything looks neat after all these years.

Ze beloven om te komen 2x maar ze moeten nog komen ,niet om nieuw te leveren dat hebben ze 25 jaar geleden gedaan, maar voor reparatie/onderhoud. Maar dat zal wel te min wezen

I had my entire house renovated. I spent a lot of money. Because I had a completely new house built and had to pay many bills, I forgot to pay one. Stupid, of course... Unfortunately, Toscana felt the need to immediately call a bailiff. Due to circumstances, I had to get a new email address, and the old one was no longer reachable. They said they could no longer reach me at my email address. And that's true. They had my home address and my contractor's information. Despite that, they immediately called a bailiff! It's truly pathetic. I still have to build a whole extension with lots of window frames. I wouldn't bother going to this company. Moreover, they delivered two broken windows for one sliding door. They claim they didn't do that, despite the photos. Yet another terrible service!!!! I feel incredibly disadvantaged as a buyer. Be careful what you buy and what agreements you make. If they can get out of something, they will!

Extremely poor service Eleven years ago, they installed uPVC window frames throughout our house, including the front door. We wanted to contact them again for a potential extension, as we would have bought (and installed) everything from the same supplier for warranty reasons. However, our front door was peeling, and the uPVC was coming loose. We received a lot of email correspondence regarding various quotes and warranty questions regarding our front door. Quotes did arrive, but something was always missing, and the warranty issue for the front door often went unanswered. When we inquired, we did receive a response: they offer a 10-year warranty. In other words, they didn't want to compromise. After indicating that we would place the entire order elsewhere, they promised someone would come by to assess the situation. Since we wanted to resolve this problem (cheaply), we thought it would be better to wait and see. However, no one showed up, and when I inquired, I was told not to bother and that I would be better off buying from a competitor, as they no longer wanted to do business with me. In other words, a brief summary of the many quotes and emails, which, in my opinion, could have been resolved much faster by taking a little more time, so I placed the order anyway. Fortunately, the competitor (Jaru uPVC Windows) provided a complete quote for the extension. Based on the photo of the front door, they indicated that it would probably just be a matter of replacing the panel with an exact same one (quite expensive), or a simpler version that would be installed for €80. We went for the second option (we also liked it better); the quote for the extension was much more affordable (a difference of €1200). And given the fast service, clear, concise communication, and clear pricing, the decision was quickly made. And as an added bonus, we received the front door panel for free. That's how it can be done. They can learn a thing or two from Toscana uPVC Windows.
