Kooz replaced the windows of our house with Gealan frames and triple glass. They delivered very good work at a very decent price, within the promised timelines, addressed all wishes that we had and cleaned up systematically after they finished. They were busy for a full week, working effectively and efficiently. Also administrative processes were very smooth - the offer process with Ton Bakker, the technical process with Tim, and financial billing with Dineke, all were very pleasant and complete and personalized. I'd like to make special mention for the quality of work and creativity of Riad Towim, one of the installers. Not even at the height of the summer break did i suffer any communication problems with them.

Unfortunately, this company will never get a chance to get a 5 star reputation with us. Today on the A15 a mechanic from this company is driving in the middle lane. This is not a problem. However, this boy decides to go to the left lane. You accelerate, indicate and wave the steering wheel to the left. We had to brake hard to avoid an accident.. A little later I spoke to this boy, he was standing to my left in the left lane. His reaction; This is allowed by my boss......... So the boss and the driver are not aware of the rules and proper driving. The quality of their product will therefore be of the same level Unfortunately a missed opportunity. Especially with your name big on the bus. PS, the lights of the trailer do not work either....

Definitely not recommended. Ordered a roller shutter from Koos Kozijn, discussed with Ton during the measuring that the roller shutter must be light-tight. For this purpose, upon advice, at an additional charge, have a sub-profile installed. Roller shutter is not closed after installation. Unfortunately, after weeks and having had technicians visit several times, still no improvement. Technicians try to solve this problem with sealant. Technicians are ignorant and unprofessional. Broken roof tile, among other things, without reporting this and also sealing this closed in the hope that we do not notice this. After several weeks of patience to make an appointment, you will be given one option in which an office employee can visit. If this is not convenient, you will not hear anything again. When expressing dissatisfaction, it is indicated that my response is not justified "unnecessarily negative" according to the owner. Apparently they find it very strange that as a customer you are done with this unprofessional way of doing business. Once the money has been received by this company, it will be difficult to get in touch, let alone find a suitable solution. Because we can also use a caulking gun ourselves, craftsmanship would be desirable for the amount I paid.

Very nice thing. 2 years ago we had window frames and a large awning done by Kooz window frames. Nice construction guys, top quality stuff. Just call to adjust the awning, it will be arranged immediately. Even after almost 2 years. That's service as far as I'm concerned.
