NO happy customer remark! (It might seem long but kept very short compare to our experience, wanna read a shorter version pls go to the very end) The product is really good. But they only use the material, not produce by them so! Is german quality! The product needs good professional engineering knowledge which we do MISS in our story. Unfortunately when we wanted to have a door from Solarlux Netherland, we were direct via them send to a local dealer to be able to have this beautifull door. So the name is recommended to us. Dealer’s experience is on paper good about 30 years but knowledge of engineering we couldn’t find any after long, sad, tiring procedure had with this company. To begin from the start we had wrong door brought to us. It was their fault and they did change it with no discussion. Only time concerning lost for us of course money time for them that moment. Than had to come a 3rd time for the door montage to change brought broken glass. ok changed also again time consuming for us. I understand from beginning things did go wrong but nothing made by us as customer! All their faults. Are you tired til here??? Read the last phrase down the message or wait for THE real problem to come out… From the first door a year and a half water leakage approx 5 to 10 lt per rain, wall collapse and more to be followed. Not being honest from beginning about the problem they did create, keep us going on a year with small adjustments that was not the real help to the problem. Made us lose time, nerves, believe and money. When the real true caused big problem comes out with a specialist rapport a long legal procedures began no responsability taken by them.Ni vu ni connu! Also a cherry to the top year after the second door was placed, the open close function of the door stopped working. The door handle broke. Why you buy a door? To open and close and keep the water wind out right??? Yeahhh! Don’t ask me how painful was but at the end tech service from the dutch dealer of the german door came to see the problem. Man says at montage a small piece placed instead a longer one so very obvious the piece would fall soon or later. Reaction from the responsible to fix it within the garanty given, that never was there when we first contact them but at the end he claim us to have broke the lock not to pay facture received send to him. For a 9€ piece was 169€ we had to pay. Can you believe??? It was even really insulting reaction! Yeah but everyone see other as they self personality is. So we trusted them as they would be honest as we are! And of course vice versa for other side. With man made things there is always chance that things can go wrong. Of course is very understandable. But when you make a mistake, taking responsibility is the way to do! Denial reaction even to the expertise rapport where you never showed up cos no respect to the case-client and your own business is not professional. This is what we can do the most using our freedom of expression to be able to calm our inner side. In Netherland you can not demand a compensation for spiritual-emotional damage made. We are truly really tired even too be able to go on after all bad energy they gave us. Almost couldn’t get total material lost back from the company… repair cost of the material damage they made is half value of the door! Not little at all! We haven’t demand for this, they created all this. So making aware others about our sad, ugly but we accept it now life teaching experience is the only way. My advise to have a good insurence company who will look up to your rights before begin anything with them! That was the case for us to be able to deal with damage they made on our house, soul, nerves and mind! Good material but very bad montage, no friendly customer service, no responsibility on what did created. In short: NOT recommended! Promise was “in one day we fix it” reality is “our year and half f(ix)ed up”

Last year the SOLARLUX folding door was installed by the gentlemen of GOES serres. First of all, this is THE brand in the field of folding doors. Secondly, it was measured very professionally and installed on time after a delivery time of 12 weeks. We were even able to play around with the execution date a bit, since the floor would also be installed that week. At the beginning of this year I also sent John GOES (owner of GOES SERRES) a message asking if he could also order a pleated blind (sun blind) for our plastic frame. A few weeks later I also received this from him. In short, I think it is a top company and I recommend everyone to order and have their folding door installed here. P.s. I didn't feel like tidying up when taking this photo.

From the moment we stepped into the shop in Goes, we knew we had to go there for quality. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than we expected, but it's more than worth it. The entire process, from ordering to installation, was pure class. True craftsmen who are passionate about their work and know their product inside and out. The facade fits perfectly and looks great. We're very happy with it!
