Our house has plastic frames from Weru, after 13 years of pulling the window frames are crooked, yet the foil is peeling and coming loose, the Keralit, every plank is also peeling off. A front door was also installed in 2017. A steel slat was installed 3 years ago because it also warped, within the warranty. Has now been readjusted and you have to pull to close it. Front door may apparently be bent by 1 cm. This will of course only increase in the future as it is already warping and the warranty will no longer be valid. The suggestion for window frames and keralit is to only wrap those parts that are coming loose…. Replacing Keralit… over €3,000. In a few months we will have to pay for wrapping the other parts of the frame again. Now out of desperation I decided to paint the doors and frames with good paint so that it looks smart. Warranty is void, also for the front door. We can solve that by adjusting it ourselves or finding a professional, because weru won't solve it. Next time, look for a different company, or just go back to wood. Nowadays paint stays beautiful for 10 years. ————————————————————————— Thank you for your response, who and how should I contact? We are very happy with the front door. It really completes our home. The installer, Marvin, did a perfect job. Everything is beautifully finished, very meticulous, and everything was delivered clean. A friendly man and a pleasure to work with. On January 8, 2015, uPVC windows, screens, window treatments, and the back door were installed in our house, both upstairs and downstairs. Do you think you are buying a quality product that should last at least 30 years? After 13 years, the foil appears to be coming loose in several places and serious discoloration occurs. I have not yet received any willingness to solve it properly. After a good and constructive telephone conversation, we have reached a mutually satisfactory solution. All's well that ends well.
