Had a large order done by Melizzo. Quotation was favorable compared to competition and showroom neat. Also expert advice. Ultimately, really satisfied with the work delivered. There were some problems along the way due to small errors and missing or damaged items from the suppliers. Considering the size of the assignment, this wasn't too bad, it's all about the end result.

Very pleasant experience with this company. After requesting a quote, contact was made almost immediately (unlike other colleague companies). Installation of the glass sliding wall outside went smoothly. Workers were well attuned to each other and gave excellent and useful advice. We have had 2 more jobs for windows included in the quote and will definitely go to Mellizo for that in the future.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with this company. We called them in to fix a leak on the right side of our conservatory and to replace the broken roof tiles. However, after the repair work, a new leak has developed on the left side of the conservatory, while the original leak has still not been resolved. When it rains, water runs down the walls, which clearly shows that the problem has not been properly addressed. Despite multiple attempts to contact us and a visit promising they would fix it, after months we still have not received a resolution. Even after a formal notice of default, no contact is made or a solution is offered. This will now be a matter for our lawyer. We are extremely disappointed in the quality of work and service provided by this company, and would absolutely not recommend them for these types of repairs.
