After requesting some quotes from several parties, Mart Brusselaars was the cheapest. And unfortunately we have found out why it is the cheapest. After installing the roller shutters, there was one roller shutter that caused problems. After many emails, to which there was often no response, and telephone calls, the problem was still not solved after almost a whole year (!). I was just being strung along, that's how I got the feeling. Unfortunately, an official notice of default was needed to get Mart to move. The apparent solution, a reset of the engine, took about 5 minutes, but the road to this solution unfortunately took almost 12 months and cost a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, this reset also does not appear to be the solution. The problems kept coming back so the engine had to be replaced under warranty. This was done, but with the message that if the factory (i.e. Mart's supplier) thought the engine was fine, it would simply be replaced. This suddenly makes the problem that Mart has with his supplier my problem. This is not allowed and is not possible at all. I had an agreement with Mart and not with his suppliers. To date, we have had no feedback on the engine that went to the factory, so this is where the story ends. My conclusion is that this man does not have a clean way of doing business and that the stories in the reviews on Google are certainly not lies. I would also advise everyone to think at least twice before doing business with this party.

Bought roller shutters 3 years ago and have just been installed. But after half an hour the neoprene strap on 1 roller shutter came loose. Called and someone came to take a look, pulled off the neoprene and said he would put a corner line on it. 3 months later a call was arranged. A year later, I called several times and was called back. Called again a while later to find out that there was also oxidation on the covers, you will be called back. Finally called again and someone said they should still come by six months ago. Look before you leap!

Installed new roller shutters everywhere after a broken plastic bus for a few years, I thought it would be fixed for free, unfortunately I had to pay the full price, actually hoping for better service.
