They were hired by the VVE to fix the windows of all the apartments in our building which is not too old. Their service is terrible! Unfriendly staff! They came once, did some adjustments and still the rain water and wind came in from the windows. I complained through the VVE and they came again after 6 months, literally did nothing and still the water rain comes in from the windows, let alone the wind and it's sound! I have to pay 800+ euro monthly due to heat loss through windows! Overall: Terrible service, low quality, no commitment and unfriendly staff! Like I said, our VVE has hired them. If it was me, I would never pay them for this level of quality...

Well, bad experience with this company, have been waiting for 9 months for a ventilation grille that they would replace, make appointments to call when it is installed, but no call, I am sick to death while the grille is there, it's just a shame, so much effort has to be made between this company and the housing industry.

What a great service! I had a tilt-and-turn window broken this morning (20 years old and not supplied by this company) and he helped us get the thing back in line within two minutes via WhatsApp! I thought I had definitely screwed it up... My hero ❤️ what a great company, I would say call them in!

Been for 15 minutes and promise to send a quote, but only send an invoice dated 1.5 weeks before! And you must pay within 14 days! And when you call they say yes, sorry, we were busy, the quote will arrive when you pay. It's now been 2 months since we've seen anything! Cash no quote! Shit service! Don't do business with them!

We had a problem with a tilt-and-turn window. Ko-tech was working nearby for another customer, so they were able to come quickly. It turned out the window wasn't broken, but we'd operated it incorrectly. The problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. However, we received a bill for €142! A €65 call-out fee (they were 5 minutes away), a €15 administration fee (why should I, as a customer, pay an administration fee?), and a €5 fuel surcharge on top of the call-out fee (the entire trip probably cost less than €2 in fuel). We received good and quick service, but charging expenses you didn't incur and an administration fee is unacceptable to me.
