In February 2025 we had plastic window frames installed by Van-Den Hatert. Everything went according to plan, except for a few minor jobs. After the window frames were installed, it took a bit longer than expected (2 months instead of 3 days) before everything was completed and finished due to delays. Now everything was delivered perfectly and we are very satisfied with how it was resolved. TOP Guys and good service. This company is definitely recommended.

Together with van den Hatert Kozijnen, we started the process to replace all window frames, facade cladding, insect screens and window coverings. What immediately stood out was that they take all the time to explain and clarify and that you can look around the showroom at your leisure, but we never had the feeling that they wanted to sell us something. At the time of installation, which is coordinated in close consultation, the employees start by carefully removing the old window frames and installing the new ones. You can always indicate your preferred order, but the employees will explain neatly if they want to do it differently (with good reasons). (Small) adjustments could also be discussed during the work, which were then neatly implemented. At the end of the day the 'hole' was always closed and everything was neatly tidied up.
